I was just reading through my RSS feeds and clicked back along some links in an attempt to find out where a story about youtube music video take-downs came from and stumbled upon thatsplenty.com. Along with the cool but really quite eerie artwork on sale, about to fall off his front page and right down the bottom is this letter to some God (any God really) from a non religious man, looking for something and not expecting a response. It’s a really good piece about life in the city and struggling to survive doing what you can with the talents you have and thought would or should make you happy, trying to fulfil the promise of life and hope in the future we were all sold as children. I am sure many of us have felt the way he does here at some point and there are only going to be more people like this if the recession bites harder, I’ve never seen anyone write it down so well though.

Definitely worth a read.
