Fukitorimushi, designed by Panasonic, is an autonomous floor cleaning robot that crawls and wiggles its way across your floors actively searching for dirt and stubborn particles. Covered in a super effective nanofibre cloth it’ll crawl about to its heart’s content absorbing, dusting and polishing in a much more intelligent and discerning manner than the current roombas, of course though it can’t deal very well with carpets. No word on price yet but with nano-tech involved I don’t think it’s going to be cheap!
