This is stunning. Not only have they managed to be hugely offensive but they’ve also desecrated the golden arches! Apparently genuine and not photoshopped, this advert has been created by an agency called The Allotment and was spotted in the UK.  I find it hard to believe that anyone at McDonalds had actually seen this before (if) it got signed off! If this is a viral it’s really cunning (though I still don’t think MaccyD’s would allow their arches to be turned into saggy boobs) but really, it’s got more cock-up written on it. Either way I bet it’s got legs to run for a while!
