The Commons Picture of the Year 2008 results are in and they are stunning. Above is the over all winner and as with all the other images they are all free to use. Congratulations to all of the entrants!

I don’t speak German so can’t tell you much about the artist who created these images (his whole site is in German) but I think they are just incredible. There’s a whole set of them following a vaguely architectural theme, go check them out for yourself, here.
